Margaret Taffet

Margaret served as the Foundation’s inaugural Fellow following a four-year stint as a teacher at the Brookewood School for Girls in Kensington, Maryland, having previously been a Programs Manager at the James Wilson Institute.


Margaret received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Christendom College, where she was a Presidential Scholarship recipient. She subsequently received a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from Saint John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland, under a full scholarship from the Hodson Fund Teachers Fellowship Program.


She now serves as the Cultural Forum Coordinator at the Lumen Christi Institute, working to integrate the Catholic intellectual tradition into the University of Chicago's culture.
